HEALTH INSURANCE – We are providers for most private carriers including Culinary.  Confirmation of coverage is always researched prior to a patient’s first appointment.

MEDICARE – All of our providers are credentialed with Medicare, and we are accepting new patients.

LIENS – We have established a professional relationship with many of the areas best, most respected law firms and accept personal injury cases on a limited basis.

WORKMAN’S COMPENSATION – We are paneled with most of the area’s workers’ compensation agencies.  We are not, however, contracted with EICON.

CASH – We can and do offer cash discounts for those patients without insurance coverage.
