I have NEVER been treated in such an excellent way, as if I were an “A” list client or something. Not only is my pain practically gone…it’s negligible, but when I needed medication after my procedure, I called the office , and I literally was at Walgreens within an hour. These fabulous caregivers from the doctor on down the chain are dedicated professionals who have cheerful and dynamic personalities. This must be a great work environment because they are so upbeat, so committed to patients like me. I will never forget the way I was treated. Thank you to everyone at that Institute!!

This was the first place I felt truly heard when talking about my experience with migraines. Everyone was so kind and understanding and helped ease my social anxiety quickly. The wait was a little long, but it was clearly because the doctor spent time to focus on her patients and wasn't just rushing everything to get to the next one.

Sometimes they run late and no one apologizes or seems bothered. Why can’t someone check with a patient every 15 minutes or so and update them on how much longer it might be

I have been a patient at the Pain Institute of Nevada since 1998. I suffer from severe peripheral neuropathy and severe stenosis of the spine. I’ve seen many doctors throughout the years of the pain institute of Nevada, with the best doctor I have ever worked with is Dr. Travnicek. I have been on methadone since 2002 and Dr. Travnicek has been able to reduce the amount of medication while helping me with my pain management. I have nearly cut my dose in half in the last 10 years. I could never have accomplished this without the help of Dr. Travnicek. I honestly believe I wouldn’t be here without Dr. Travnicek. Her compassion and true care for her patients is unmatched. Her staff is very competent and reliable and dependable. I hope to continue with Dr. Travnicek for many years to come. Douglas White

Dr. Travnicek, or Dr. "T" as we affectionately refer to her, is not only a brilliant physician, but also a consummate professional. She truly listens and more importantly hears her patients. She is upbeat, approachable, kind, caring, empathetic, and supportive. She doesn't hesitate to spend the time to discuss (imagine that) and offers treatment options without immediately recommending medications or medical procedures. There has never been a condescending reply or attitude. I'm assuming many, if not most, of her patients have been through a lot before procuring a physician who specializes in addressing options for mitigating the extreme pain many of us have experienced for years.

Dr. Travnicek truly cares about her patients' quality of life. She explores and thoroughly explains all treatment options and respects her patients' decisions about what is right for them. When it comes to medical care, okay is not good enough and my experience with Dr. Travnicek has been excellent. I'm giving her a sixth star for going above and beyond.

Whenever I have an appointment with Dr. Travnicek she is thorough, caring and professional. She takes whatever time is necessary to make sure that I feel heard and understood and we develop a plan together that works best for me as I recover. Dr. Travicek is extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. She spends time listening to your concerns and treats you as a human being, not a number. Although wait times can sometimes be long, I would still highly recommend this office. By far the best pain management clinic I've been to in Las Vegas.
